IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Each order is designed specifically to the need of each client. So there is really no set order size, however, if the order is larger than we can accommodate, we have trusted community vendors helpful to fulfill and complete each order.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply fill out the contact information, and we will have someone to contact you to start , change, or complete your order.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Our rental rates are hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Let us know what you need and we will quote you the particular rate.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Some items are in high demand. Therefore; It is advised that you secure your reservation as soon as possible.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY? 

The need for change happens. If this applies to you, please let us know as soon as possible. Changes made within 5 days (non-negotiable) of your event or rental contract may include additional fees that differ from the original quote. It is important to inform us as soon as possible

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES

Reservations for rentals or event service/design must place a deposit of 10% 

of the total quoted amount. Final payment is due 14 days before your event. Payment Plans for Event Services and Setup may differ.
